1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Fasqoo. By accessing, browsing or using the Fasqoo website or any Fasqoo Internet Speed Test and network diagnostic feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the policies referenced in them.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use the relevant Fasqoo services. If you use Fasqoo on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Use of the Service
Fasqoo provides Internet speed testing, connection analysis and network diagnostic tools. Depending on the feature being used, the service may measure or display information such as:
- download and upload throughput;
- ping, latency and jitter;
- Internet Service Provider or network information;
- connection and browser-related information;
- approximate network or geographic information where technically available;
- connection quality indicators and diagnostic information; and
- other technical measurements required to operate or improve the requested tool.
The service is intended for ordinary personal, educational, technical and diagnostic use. Results are informational and should be interpreted in the context of the conditions under which the test was performed.
3. Speed Test Results
Internet speed measurements are affected by many factors, including your access connection, Wi-Fi signal strength, Ethernet configuration, device performance, browser capabilities, background traffic, local network congestion, server capacity, routing and your Internet Service Provider.
For these reasons, Fasqoo does not guarantee that a test result will equal the maximum speed advertised by your ISP, the speed available under another connection method, or the speed measured by another testing service. Repeating a test at a different time, on another device, or using another connection method may produce different results.
Fasqoo does not represent a speed-test result as a contractual measurement of your ISP's service unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
4. Network Diagnostics
Fasqoo may provide diagnostic information designed to help users understand common network conditions. Diagnostic indicators and explanations are general technical guidance and should not be treated as a professional guarantee, network-service commitment, or substitute for assistance from your ISP or qualified network administrator.
Where a diagnostic feature identifies a possible issue, the information should be considered an indication for further investigation rather than proof of the cause. Fasqoo cannot control the configuration, availability or performance of networks, routers, ISPs or third-party infrastructure outside its systems.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Fasqoo only in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not:
- attempt to damage, disable or disrupt the Fasqoo website or measurement infrastructure;
- abuse, overload or intentionally exhaust service resources;
- generate excessive automated traffic that interferes with normal service operation;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, servers, APIs or infrastructure;
- probe, scan or test systems in a way that is intended to bypass security controls;
- introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful material;
- interfere with another user's access to the service;
- misrepresent Fasqoo or falsely claim an affiliation with Fasqoo; or
- use the service for activities that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Fasqoo may take reasonable technical measures to protect the availability, security and integrity of its services, including limiting or blocking abusive traffic where appropriate.
6. Availability
Fasqoo aims to provide a reliable and useful service, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The website or individual features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, network interruptions, third-party service outages, security incidents or circumstances outside Fasqoo's reasonable control.
Fasqoo may modify, suspend or discontinue individual features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, technical development or operational reasons.
7. Third-Party Services
Some Fasqoo features may depend on third-party infrastructure or services, including hosting, measurement infrastructure, IP or network information, analytics, advertising, content delivery and other technical providers.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Fasqoo does not control the independent operation of third-party systems and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy or continued operation. Relevant third-party processing is described, where applicable, in the Fasqoo Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of Fasqoo may involve the processing of technical information necessary to operate the website and requested services. Depending on the feature and configuration, this may include IP address, browser or device information, network information, test measurements and other technical data.
The processing of personal information is governed by the Fasqoo Privacy Policy. Where applicable, users may also have privacy choices described on the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Fasqoo's privacy practices are intended to be described transparently and applied in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements. 13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fasqoo will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, interruption of, or reliance on the website or its speed-test and diagnostic services.
This includes, where legally permitted, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, loss of revenue, or costs arising from reliance on a measurement or diagnostic result.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by mandatory applicable law, or to remove rights that users cannot legally waive.
14. Changes to These Terms
Fasqoo may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the service, technology, legal requirements or operational practices. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of Fasqoo after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with a material change, you should stop using the affected service.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Fasqoo operates from Kosovo, and mandatory provisions of applicable Kosovo law may apply to the relationship between Fasqoo and users, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to a particular user.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers or other users of mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Kosovo maintains legislation governing information-society services, electronic transactions and personal-data protection; the applicable legal framework may change over time.
